Is a One-World government a good idea?
--
Yes, I think so. A lot of people area afraid of too much concentration of power, but I think it's not going to make a big difference whether we have 140 different concentrations of power that rule millions of people each, or 1 that rules billions. In the first scenario some governments will be bad and some will be good, in the second scenario there's a percentage of a chance it will be bad and a percentage of a chance it will be good, which, simplistically speaking, should be about the same as the ratio of bad to good countries in the first case.
People are also afraid of the Illuminati and the New World Order and such, but I think the Illuminati is a myth and there's no grand conspiracy re a New World Order. (https://kiwi.qa/fuckingmic/do-you-believe-in-the-illuminati-the-new-world-order)
With a one world government, we'd pretty much do away with war, in the same way in which you don't usually see wars between, say, Virginia and Nebraska because they're all states under the same government. We'd also do away with the disparity in wealth between the different countries, so you wouldn't have entire countries where people are living in abject poverty and literally starving to death.
